With 20 years of experience as an executive and advisor to C-suites on business strategy and deep transformation projects, Laurence supports institutions and industry leaders, particularly in aerospace, energy, construction, utilities and renewables.

 

Her main areas of expertise include developing strategies to secure and diversify raw material supply chains, drawing up crisis management plans and frameworks to mitigate risks. Laurence is also in charge of executing strategies related to the circular economy, industrial efficiency, and resource optimization/saving. In addition, she contributes to the deployment of artificial intelligence to enhance market forecasting of international metal and raw material markets. 

 

Laurence is also the CEO of ARTAN INTERNATIONAL, a company specialized in international sourcing that supports large corporations, institutions and SMEs secure their raw material supply chains as well as implement strategic industrial partnerships.
