During a webinar hosted by Bpifrance Université, Guillaume Pitron and Laurence Rimbeuf presented their insights with future entrepreneurs about the challenges and solutions related to securing supplies of critical and strategic metals.
The French companies that will succeed tomorrow are those that implement an efficient "metals strategy" today. The risks associated with critical metal supply chains require moving beyond short-term purchasing thinking and developing a strategic vision aimed at enhancing the resilience of the value chain.
Guillaume and Laurence presented an analysis of the global market for these metals. They also detailed the initiatives taken by the French government to date and emphasized the importance for companies to assess the maturity of their own supply chain security.
