A leading international group specializing in fluid distribution solutions for the construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors sought to define and implement a circular economy loop for its European and North American operations.

 

Methodology: 

 

In the short term, our team identified quick wins and supported their execution to enable the group to achieve fast initial results: quantifying production scrap and end-of-life product reserves, locating available material reservoirs, evaluating potential recyclers and exploring possible synergies (contracting, joint ventures, etc.).

 

In the longer term, we are supporting the company as it implements comprehensive circular economy strategy to optimize in particular its resources through eco-design, repair policies, the use of substitute materials, etc.
